Comic Con Costume - Saturday 5

Saturday at Comic Con; in costume as Starscream from Transformers: Animated. Three cameras were shared between my entire family, however I did not have one during this day as I was in costume so many cool costumes were not photographed. For everyone who we did get, great job, and for all the people we missed, send me your awesome pictures! I’ll comment on some of the costumes and any fun events or facts that happened with all the friendly people at SDCC.

1. I did know who this was, but I forgot. XD I do know they’re from a fighting video game, though I can’t remember the name (Heaven or hell, FIGHT!).
2. Darth Maul from Star Wars. His lightsaber was on his belt. He was hanging out with Prince charming and the Wraith (see Saturday 6 picture set)
3. A red royal guard, a stormtrooper pilot, and Darth Vader getting ready for patrol in the background. All from Star Wars.
4. Governor Swan from Pirates of the Caribbean.
5. A Narn, or Ambassador G’kar, from Babylon 5. We hung with him for a while in the sail room and got a bunch of group shots with the other Bab5 costumers. He handmade his mask which covers his entire head. I might post another closer pic of him if I can find one cause that was the epitome of homemade craftsmanship.
6. Toph the Earthbender from Avatar.
7. Pirate groupshot! Captain Jack Sparrow (third from the left) was looking for the rum so he missed it.
8. Shrek and Princess Fiona from Shrek. They were either being interviewed or were the ones getting interviews from one of the local news crews. Simple but effective costumes.
9. Predator group that mingled for a while near an entrance before leaving for somewhere. I’m not sure if the blue one has any significance; I’m not a Pred-head.
10. Henchman 21 and 24 from the Venture Brothers! I saw them everywhere on Saturday. Awesome guys and awesome costumes as well! We gave them some safety pins to help keep their masks on. It really sucks that I couldn’t get a group picture of them along with the couple who went as The Monarch and Doctor Girlfriend. That would’ve been epic.
11. Seems someone loves Aquaman under the sea! Princess Ariel from the Little Mermaid and Aquaman.
